  • 4oz Vegan Cheese Substitute
  • 1/2 Bag Frozen Peas
  • 1 Package Preferred Pasta (brown rice used in recipe)
  • Veggie Protein (Tofurkey Intalian Sausage used)
Prep

Help
  1. Boil Pasta to preferred softness (some will take longer than others)
  2. Bake veggie protein at 350
  3. With 1-2 minutes left on pasta, add peas
  4. Drain water
  5. Stir in cheese substitute (tongs make this easy)
